About Rugby

Rugby is a team sport and is the second most popular sport in the world. Rugby is unique to High School offerings, because it emphasizes a unique amount of camaraderie and group spirit. It is normal for the teams and spectators to meet at the center of the field after the match is over, to hear the coaches talk about the game, to hear the team captains choose the best forward and back from the opposing team, and to even hear what the Referee has to say! Then, the home team supplies refreshments to the visitors, and they all get acquainted.
