Waiver
Students and their Parents
are required to fill out a Waiver and return it to one of the Lancer coaches.
This agreement contains specific conditions for participation in Lancer RFC, including a Medical Insurance Agreement, a USA Rugby Rules Acknowledgement, a Waiver and Release, Assumption of Risk, and Parental Indemnification.
This type of waiver is standard for all high school contact sports, and contains specific requirements for medical insurance.
