Code of Conduct
Lancer Rugby Football Club (RFC) expects players, their parents, and their supporters to abide by the following code of conduct:
Players who represent their teams are ambassadors of their club, area Conference,
and USA Rugby, as well of the game of rugby in general. As such, players
are expected to exhibit exemplary behavior at all times, both on and off the field.
1. Players, parents, and supporters should exhibit good sportsmanship towards coaches, other players, teams, supporters, referees, and touch judges.
2. Players, parents, and supporters will speak respectfully to all of the above, particularly in face of a conflict.
3. Players, their parents, and their supporters, when off the field, will only speak well of all of the above while a practicing member of Lance Rugby Club.
4. Players will be completely prepared and arrive on time (or before) for practices, matches and fund raisers.
5. A “C' grade level is stressed, but at the current time is not required Students in academic distress should contact the coach immediately.
6. Players, their parents, and their supporters will not consume or discuss alcohol or any illegal drugs at any official Lancer functions.

Membership of Lancer RFC is a privilege, not a right. Violations of this Code of Conduct will result in suspension or termination of membership from Cordova Rugby Club at the discretion of the Head Coach.
I understand that I am representing the Lancer Rugby Football Club and will conduct myself in an appropriate manner. Furthermore, if my family or supporters violate this Code, I will remind them of this code and make sure the situation is corrected.
I understand that my participation in Cordova Lancer Rugby Club is dependent upon my signature on this document and by my actions at all matches and team functions.
